Hey all,
Can anyone recommend general as well as specific
exercises to improve sexual stamina. I usually run
and include abdominal routine, especially the
prior couple months before a trip. It helps, but I'm sure there are articles written for best exercises to improve oneself. Thanks for input.

Stamina is a difficult one, you can do abdominal crunches to create more power but lasting longer without blowing isn't an exercise issue.

No what I do if I don't have viagra is use a cock-ring. You can buy it at any sex store. It keeps the blood in your penis and allows you to stay hard longer.

Sometimes I wear it while on V. It makes you last longer without blowing and when you do, its a mad rush. Great time is had by all.

Just read a good book on getting a 6 pack
Basically you need to do 3 times a week circuit training, 2 to 3 times a week cardio, 3 times a week abs (i do pilates). Give yourself 1 full day to rest. I dont do machines any more.
I am so intense thinking about brasilian girls, I double dip and do 2 classes back to back 3 times a week , I lost 4% body fat in two months and even gringas check me out. I have a semi 6 pack and my love handles are small.
Most important is food intake, but the more you exercise the more you are allowed to eat. Try to eat a big breakfast, and small dinner.
Try to alternate days between circuit training and abs.
All i know is girls like a nice face, chest, shoulders and a nice ass. Not much you can do about face but the rest you can always improve.
By being in good shape, you should be able to try original positions.
Take ginseng in vials while on a trip and you should perform admirably.

A six pack will get you a few things:

1. Most mongerers are sporting a keg, so the chicas will like you a lot more.
2. You will get more thrust and power which the chicas like.

Sniper, 3 or 4 times in an hour? Damn, I dont think I did that when I was a teenager. I dont know you, but I would guess your numbers drop more due to age than weight. I just hit 49 and the difference from just 5 years ago is amazing. Oh my God, I am falling apart. gotta go... AZ

Geesh, what a stud Sniper; 3 or 4 times in an hour, Maybe twice in an hour is best I ever did.
Thanks all for the great advice, I think the abs workout is the best idea. I got the mental part down good to last but age is creeping up on everyone and I just trying to work with the hand I'm being dealt these days. Best of luck to all.

I workout regularly 4-6 days a week, but 4-6 weeks before a trip I increase the intensity of my workouts and increase the amount of cardio. My weights sessions are 45-60 mins and cardio 20-30 minutes, but this is at a hectic pace, so if you exercise at a slower pace increase the time to 45 minutes. Remember, that if you use weights it burns calories too, so if you do not have much time and want to build up, you can increase the number of sets you do and combine sets at lower weights to do super-sets. I have found these help build muscle and help endurance.

I do not concentrate on abs, you can do 1000 sit ups a day, but if you have lots of body fat they will not show! Better to get in shape all over!

As mentioned above food intake is as important, the advice above about timing, size and frequency above is correct.

Lastly, I take supplements partly to assist the weight training and weight loss, but also help with sexual stamina and performance.

The best mix I have found is as follow:-

Sida Cordifolia (weight loss and metobolic rate enhancer) - I use a brand that also has Guarana and white willow. This also helps keep me awake and lively when I am partying and playing all night and day.

CLA (weight loss and fat inhibitor) - This also helps to lower cholestoral.

Tongkat Ali/Ginseng (Energy and testosterone) - I take this to up my testosterone levels for weight training, but in the East it is more famous as a sexual stimulant. Ginseng is great for energy and health.

L-arginine (amino acid) - This is also recommended for weight training, but I find helps with increasing cum load.

Zinc - Again, I take this to increase cum load.

I have tried other things but this is the most effective combination for me. I rarely take V or C and usually average 3-5 sessions a day as well as maintain my workout routine. The only problem I encounter is being able to cum many times in a day. Any sugestions on this problem!

Actually the best method is to get a slightly bigger one and pull it around your balls as well. It creates a tournequet that traps the blood in in the entire region and creates the unbelievable sensation I was talking about.
