I need some assistance in obtaining 100 units of Botox for medicinal purposes. I have been fighting United Healthcare for 4 months. The have denied me repeatedly and I have run out of appeals.

My neurologist recommends it for my neuropathy and cervical dystonia. I actually have a U.S. doctor that will write me a prescription but can't get my insurance to pay for the Botox or the injection.

Can somebody recommend a domestic source to obtain Botox with a prescription.

I did locate a reputable Dr. in Hermosillo that comes to Nogales every 15 days based on appointment. The cost will be about half that of the American cost $1000.

Any help is appreciated.
