A: If you purchased a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription, there is no need to cancel. Your membership will expire and your credit card will not be rebilled at the end of your paid period.
If you are a monthly subscriber and wish to cancel your subscription, fill out a support request at least 2 days before your rebilling date. Click here for our support request form. |
