Q: WHY CAN'T I LOG IN FROM MY PAID MEMBER ACCOUNT?

A: First, make sure you typed in your username and password correctly.

Are you attempting to log in for the FIRST TIME from a paid member account?
Member accounts paid via credit card are activated instantly, however, in rare instances a technical glitch or user error may not create an account correctly. The most common user error is a typo in the email address when reserving a username or confirming the email address. Please email the address at the bottom of this page for assistance. Requests regarding paid member accounts are given top priority and will be responded to as soon as possible.

Are you attempting to log in after a period of inactivity?
Please check your email receipts for when you purchased your ClubHombre membership and for what period of time as your membership may have expired. If you need us to check on this for you, please contact us via the Support Request Form Sometimes users change passwords, and forget that they've changed it. Click here to access the Lost Password utility. If your account is still active, your password will be emailed to the email address you have on file.
