We've had trouble sending email to our users who have email accounts with AOL and CompuServe. It appears as if our messages are moved automatically into a SPAM folder, which many email uses simply clear out and never check for legitimate messages. The filter appears to block all email from ClubHombre.com, regardless of content. This has prevented us from corresponding with some of our users regarding support requests, account expirations, and other site issues.
Our solution was to forward all emails we send to AOL/CS from another, separate email server. Therefore, you may receive multiple messages from us. You can prevent regular emails from being filtered as SPAM by AOL by selecting the message within AOL and then clicking on the "This is not SPAM" button or link. |
