FAQ: Troubleshooting Questions

Q: WHY DID I RECEIVE AN AUTOREFRESH MESSAGE?

A: ClubHombre uses a hidden autorefresh utility that simulates activity on your computer. This is necessary to notify ClubHombre of your security level to post or view secure material. Without the autorefresh, you may possibly receive an error message when trying to post or view photos when you've left the computer attended for a long period of time such as when stepping away or reading/composing a very long post.

Autorefresh works with most, but unfortunately not all browser versions. We suggest that you not request it be disabled the first time you receive the message, simply press your browser's Back button. If you continue to receive the message, contact us via the Support Request Form and we will disable it for you. If you do decide to have autorefresh disabled on your account, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you compose messages in a separate text editor or word processer, and copy it over to ClubHombre for posting. Failure to do so may result in a lost message. .
