Q: WHY ISN'T MY PASSWORD WORKING WHEN I TRY TO POST?

A: If you are unable to post in the Discus section, your Discus password may have been corrupted, you can reset it by updating your password in the "Profile Editor".

1. Click "Profile" on the left side of the screen.
2. Type the same or a new password in the two boxes that say "New Password" and "Confirm Password".
3. Click on the "Update Password" button to update your password.

If the steps above do not work, we may need to reset your Discus account. Simply contact us via the Support Request Form
