Well, I would immediately rule out the Dominican as the girls are all black or at least mullata and you don't like them dark. Cuba is out because of language and legal issues. Rio should remain under consideration because of the excellent prices and services plus great beaches. Thailand is far but hey, why not? Also consider the PI, with great prices, lots of GFE and English abilities of the girls. I go up to Montreal a time or two each year myself, so from my perspective, servicewise, Rio is similar but with even better sex and much cheaper prices. Plus, you won't freeze your ass off 7 months out of the year down there.
