No one has mentioned Argentina yet, and while Buenos Aires isn't a beach resort and I have no idea what the weather's like this time of year, the girls are supposedly much more European looking than many of our favorite sites here. A language barrier could be a problem here too. If cost isn't a big deal and you're traveling fairly soon (because of the weather) have you read up on Spain? I have never been to Phuket, Thailand, but it sounds like it might fit your bill if you like Asian women. Finally, you can have lots of fun in the sun at the pool at the Orchid Inn in Angeles City (the Philippines), where 100 bucks a day can have you surrounded by 5 young, cute, skinny girls that speak English 20+ hours a day! :)
