You have to join there member club. It's free. Then book your trip. Make sure you make it an (pen return date)or it won't process; you'll get an error messege. After your booking processes through a screen appears that gives you a (record locator #) scroll down and it gives you 3 options for tickets. Choose ticket immediately. It was the only way to get the ticket to process. the first time i got my record locator # i backed up from there and went to the ticketing screen. When i tried to enter my booking locator # in the ticketing screen it gave me error messeges again. So i think you have to immediately purchase he ticket on that screen that gives you the booking locator # for it to work. Good Luck.....If you have any questions feel free to ask.
