Here is what I got. safe-escrowinc.com points to an IP address of: 216.27.95.37, which is a part of a range registered to: FortuneCity.com, INC. More specifically, to a subsidary called Ampira.com (which is owned by Fortune City and is, you guessed it, a web hosting service.) (Probably NOT a good thing that it is a cell number; also that it it 150 plus miles from Visalia.) Be SURE to mention FRAUD, and your intention to pursue this to the best of your ability. Maybe try contacting the cell number first, check out the address, see if there is a BBB in Visalia and if they have any complaints. Maybe even call the DA's office in Visalia and see what they can do. Then when you talk to the web host you can tell them what you have learned. In looking at their website, I suspect they are just a reseller of the service. It looks to me like some company (maybe "Trader-Secure") actually does all the work, and these guys just collect a fee. I would always be careful about a company that doesn't put real contact info (at least a phone number) on their website. Better they also include a street address. Good luck!!
