There are plenty of P4P places to visit in El Salvador, but few are worthy places on a worldwide scale.
But if you do find yourself in San Salvador for whatever reason, then Cocktails & Dreams is one of the better places relative to the other SS clubs/brothels in my opinion.
I didn't get the address or other contact information, but it's located at the intersection of Calle Lamatepec & Avenida Los Andes near the Hotel Real Intercontinental. You can see from the photo below that it's to the left of a restaurant named Dragon Garden. Hours are from 8pm until 2 or 3am.

After you pay your $3 cover charge, the guard will buzz inside for them to unlock the door. The guard is unable to open the door himself (or at least couldn't the night I visited when I stepped out for some air).
The lineup wasn't quite up to Lips standard, but the ladies seemed friendlier and interested in extra activities. C&D has a short time room(s?) onsite. It's unusally small, but at least the option is available. I also believe all the ladies are available, unlike Lips where some are just dancers.
The ladies dance two songs, one clothed and one nude, on a raised stage in the middle of the bar. The club is not very well lit, but it is spacious and comfortable enough.
The poorly maintained restrooms are to the immediate left of the entrance. The bar is located along the back wall on the left side. The dressing area and short time room(s?) is located to the right of the bar.
The price for 30 minutes is $30 if I recall correctly. They are strict on time and you will receive a knock when time is up.
The room we used was TINY. It was large enough for a twin bed and about 2 feet of space or less along the front and right side. I took a picture while my date was outside of the room. You can see by the composition of the photo that I didn't have any space to step back without opening the door.
My date, however, was a beautiful lady from Honduras. She was prettier and had a nicer figure than most of the other ladies I had the pleasure of being with, while at the same time being less expensive.
I don't know about takeout options, but if you find a nice lady here it would probably be worth the extra cost.

I was in El Salvador back in '98 and I recall how cute the girls were down there. The women outnumbered the men, so although I didn't experience the P4P, I did pick up several "normal" girls. I remember eating at Dragon Garden, and I tell people that the best fried rice I ever had was from that place!
I agree that El Sal is not a tourist destination, but if a bloke finds himself there on business, he can definitely find a piece.

$3 cover included 1 cerveza. Lady drinks $7. Interior needed remodeling. Few customers. One chica said biz is slow every nite. 12 chicas working, friendly but none attractive. Quoted $30-40 half hr w/ bbbj. Club gets $6 of the payment, chica keeps the remainder.
