It has taken me up to 1/2 hour to get there from the Zona, and you should budget at LEAST this amount of time to get there. I have made it in 15 minutes, but I drive pretty fast. I don't recall seeing any lockers, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything, but as was posted previously, your chances of getting into the gate area are pretty slim.
