| EG, I think you should take your story to the Tijuana Police -- seriously. There are a few english speaking officers that work out of the small substation. If it appears that they are not interested then I would take it to the large police station. In the past they have english speaking police lieutenents that were helpful in a rip off by a bar girl and a bouncer in a small bar scam.
