| ¿Quién sabe? XMan, I just felt that your jab at the end had nothing to do with what we were talking about. That's all. Now regarding being cautious, I agree with you 100%. I keep my guard up and will "always go with my homies". The thing is, like I said before, I started going to the zona alone. I do not go with friends I knew before. Everyone I hang out with down there I met down there. Not on Redsnake, in San Diego, or anywhere else. So who are my "homies"? Is it the zona norte employee that invites me to their house to meet their family, cooks for me etc... and asks for nothing? Or is it a monger I know only from a bar who seems only interested in plugging me for information about some chica they are lusting after? "But how well do you really know these people, their true character?" Good point, but that goes for mongers as well. I am somewhat cautious with everyone I meet down there regardless of which side of the line they are from. Santiago was just an example, nothing more. If you used to hang in HK we have probably crossed paths before. Have we met?? It's really too bad about HK. Seems to happen though in family business. Different family members have different ideas about how things should be run. This is totally unrelated but I think Santiago is very smart at work. While some waiters might see the possibility of gaining 50 cents by short changing someone, Santiago is smart enough to know honesty and friendly good service = people coming back again and again and asking for him by name. "You asked, why do I go? You oughta know, I'm addicted!" Yep, me too! It is a powerful drug! If you have decided to wean yourself from it and you can, more power to you. Right now I go once maybe twice a week. (I used to go alot more than that!). I am OK with that now. In the future, who knows? If I still live in San Diego, am still not married, and want to limit my trips to less than once a week, I will probably just quit cold turkey. That's the only way I could handle it. I was pretty sure that talking about always using a condom would generate an STD lecture. I only mentioned condoms because I have friends that do their best to get BB sessions and I don't want to see them die. I am in the faction of posters that would like to see BB activities heavily discouraged on this board and redsnake. I am well aware of the risks involved in various activities as I researched it pretty thoroughly before ever going. I appreciate you being willing to post about getting molluscum. You say, "Some of my buddies haven't been so lucky." If that's true please post about it or ask them to! It would be the most valuable piece of info posted in a long time. No one I know will admit to catching anything more than crabs. I know someone has caught bad stuff but it seems to be the ultimate taboo subject here. If I ever do get something, I promise to post about it. El Gato's post was a real wake up call for many people on this board. Thank you again El Gato. You say, "have you ever encountered a problem in the zona? I would place a bet that you have." Again, no hard feelings.
