I have heard cab drivers saying they will do this and giving tours, but I had never seen this at this time of morning. What struck me as funny at that time (I was hammered), was the conversation between the passenger and the cabbie both before he approached the sg and after when he gave feedback. Not that I could hear anything it was just the way it occurred (you had to be there hammered). In my mind the taxi was a limousine and the driver and the passenger seemed to have a chauffer/master relationship.
