| I was walking around 1st street close to Ave Heroes about 2 AM. I saw a taxi with an asian in the back of it slowly looking at the girls on the South side of Constitution almost to Heroes. The cab stopped and the cab driver got out and after talking with the asian got out of the cab and walked over and talked to the street girl. I don't what she said but the cabbie returned to the cab and told the Asian what she said. Then the cab took off and was still cruising for street girls. Has anybody ever noticed this before? I don't know why I didn't ask the street girl what she said to the taxi driver, but I didn't.
