If you had refused to pay, would the corruption stop? No, of course not. There have been too many people like you come before you and condition the cops into knowing that they can make a few bucks off of people like you. There are two reasons these cops put the bite on you. 1) Because they could use the money. They aren't paid a lot. 2) Because people like you are willing to pay. If nobody paid, nobody like you, then these cops wouldn't bother putting the bite on us. What would be the point? Thank you. It is without any doubt whatsoever that we are subjected to the dangers of mordida, because of people like you.
