About 4 weeks ago I spoke with a 'Detective / plain cloths cop' and he said they arrest people on revolution who take girls out of the bars, due to that area is a high traffic tourist area. He said that allot of locals are not real happy about all the new strip clubs there. As far as paying the 'fine' $40.00 bucks aint worth the hassle I too would have paid it and wen't on my way.
