You can only control the situation ahead of time by taking logical precautions. On Revolucion, you just have to be very, very discrete. Of course, you can never totally eliminate the possibility of being stopped/arrested/harrassed by the Mexican cops, even in the ZN. There are too many corrupt cops and, from a practical standpoint, many of the things that guys do that result in "harrassment" (carrying beers on the street, peeing on the sidewalk, acting belligerant, engaging prostitutes) are in fact illegal in Mexico. So like the many posts about mugging, all you can realistically do is take steps in advance to minimize your risk as a potential police target. In this context, that means being more discrete than the next guy, who may walk out of Bambi onto Revolucion arm and arm with an obvious TS in a short miniskirt. If you're being discrete, the policia are probably going to stop him before they stop you. As the one friend responded when he started to run from the lion and his buddy told him he couldn't possibly outrun it, "I don't have to outrun the lion. I just have to outrun you."
