Here are the addresses for the two locations:

Downtown:

TRES ESTRELLAS DE ORO
AVENIDA MEXICO Y
MADERO #11

Central bus terminal:

BLV LAZARO CARDENAS
Y RIO ALAMAR
COL LA MESA

Greyhound told me to go to the downtown location. I ended up taking the train down instead and took Greyhound back on the express to LA out of SY.
