So, you are now saying street prostitution is LEGAL, and prostitution at bars/clubs is ILLEGAL. Great. I am more confused than ever. (Actually, I can find some rationality in the law. It seems laws are against pimping, and bar/club owners are de-facto pimps. But, I was earlier told that Mexican laws are NOT about rationality. What gives?)
