The above quotes were just some news "pulls' that I found while searching the web using the search words, "prostitution legal Mexico"...I'm not making any argument here, pro or con. The idiosycracies and ambiguities of Mexican law are reminiscent of US tax law...i.e., it's interpreted in whatever manner your individual auditor chooses to intrepret it, and you are "adjusted" and penalized more or less on the opinion of the auditor. Acutally , a tax audit does very much function in a manner similar to the Napoleonic Code. KRICO |
