What color uniform was he wearing? There are: Policia Auxilary - Tan pants white shirts, dark windbreakers. Regular Policia - Tan on tan. Truck squads in blue with flak jackets - I read in a newspaper that these were rookie trainees with one training officer - city employees but supposedly not your regual beat cop on the take.
