Traveler, I've found that honesty is the best policy when dealing with law enforcement. Just tell them the truth. Cop: "What's the purose of your traveling to Mexico?" T: "I will be attempting to conduct proper business in order to fornicate with several gorgeous ladies of the evening. Would you care to accompany me on my sojourn?" Cop: "You what??" T: "I'll be providing monetary compensation for personal services being rendered to my physical being." Cop: "Are you trying to be a smart a$$??" T: "Of course not, my fine fellow. I am simply seeking to release my pent up stress of an interpersonal nature." Cop: "Alright Mr. Smarty Pants, WHY are you going to TJ?" T: " Okay, I'm going down to bang a few whores and have a good time. Good enough for you? You're welcome to join me." At that point, the cop would probably drop his flashlight. Just keep on walking.
