I was picked up by the cops a few weeks ago walking with a girl on 6th street headed back to Revolucion. My advice is to go to the hotel first, followed by the girl. Then, leave first. That way, the cops will be out witted. I know some people think the cops are nice guys. The truth is, they hate Americans and will extort money anyway they can. Take precautions against the cops and muggers. Americans are targets.
