1. Anywhere from $6 to $10 2. I have heard there is, but no personal experience with it. 3. Be SURE to register for 2 people. I always make a comment like "I am meeting my girl friend later". I also never have brought back a string of different gals to any of the nicer hotels. If I change girls, I change hotels. Never had a problem.
