Interesting view. I TOTTALLY agree with the advice on auto insurance. Buy it. Get full coverage. Pay the money so that they will post a bond if necessary. I am not so sure he has all his facts straight on the land deal below Ensenada. I remember reading a couple of years ago about some of the property owners getting a settlement from Bancomer, who actually held the title for them. I think they may have taken the right steps to protect themselves, and gotten screwed anyway. But that is life in Mexico, non? |
