Good question Nomar. Here is my take on an answer: Does a post further the interests of this board (info-sharing)? If yes, it is on topic and valid. Does it promote some other website and NOT contribute useful and/or interesting stuff to the information here? If yes, delete it and forget it. Suspend the poster if he is a repeat poster. Next time delete the registration permanently.
