Is the ice made from local tap water, or is it purified? I have no problem eating from streeet vendors, etc., but I did get sick as a dog once from, I think, the ice in drinks, but the whole night was such a blur, it's kind of hard to say . . . . which has kind of motivated me to drink only beer and shots in TJ, unless you have some good news on the ice supply.
