I think referrals can be ok, depends on the context. If I'm sitting with friends and a chica(s) approach the table and I know them, I always introduce my friends to the chicas as a measure of courtesy. What I would NOT do is approach a chica I had done and introduce a monger to her as a potential customer. The reason why is that sex can still be an intimate thing between two people, even if you're paying for it, and you don't want the chica to feel like a whore, even if she is. I've found chicas to be very sensitive about this. Recently I was talking to a current fave about a mutual friend, a monger, and she told me she didn't want to do him because we were friends. I strongly suspect she would do him if I wasn't there because it's all about the money, but she didn't want to rub my face in it IMO and she probably didn't want to feel like a puta...
