I have been ripped off at P&B. The standard practice of taking a $20 and claiming you only received a $1. This has happened at least 5 times.(I raised a stink and they backed off each time) Since management does nothing to stop this practice, I refuse to frequent the place. Madonas is free of this type of deception. The owner of P&B also owns most of the other rip off spots on Revolution. I second the thought that if you want a woman for the room, go to AD or CC. If you want to drink and look, go to Madonas or Boleros.
