Recently had this kind of scam happen in Bambi club (actually the upstairs club - don't know what they call it.) Gave the guy a 5 & a 1, the chica distracted me, and the waiter claimed I had given him 2 1s. First time I've actually gotten burned this way. ALL Rev bars are potential rip offs. On the other hand, last week in Tropical, was buying a drink for a chica. Asked the waiter how much. Said $4.50. When the drink came he wanted $9. When I pointed out what he had told me, he just shrugged. I got up so fast I think the chica landed on the floor. I headed for the door and never looked back, so don't know for sure. It's open season everywhere for the inattentive gringo in TJ.
