I was mugged while standing on a sidewalk with my back to an alley. The mugging I witnessed was on the sidewalk at Ratero Central (Article 123 and Constitucion). I don't remember ever reading about anyone being mugged while walking in the street. All of the muggings I've read about seem to have occured on the sidewalk. Does anybody know about any muggings of anyone WHILE WALKING IN THE STREET? Regards, |
