No....... All I have heard of were on sidewalks and on the pedestrian bridge on the way back to the border. I try to walk in the street as much as possible especially at Ratero Central (Article 123 and Constitucion). The 2 times I have been mugged were on the sidewalk on Article 123 less the half a block from Revolution. The second one was behind the newsstand near the open plaza on the south side of the street and the first one was directly across from there on the north side sidewalk. |
