Senor Panocha, Thanks for the hearty and healthy laugh! Since the first time I saw them I've loved Beavis and Butthead. Everything they do is oriented toward trying to pick up chicks. A perfect capture of the male mind. If it wasn't for sex, men would ignore women. Your story reminds me of the story in The Autobiography of MalcomX when he got religion.
Seems he was chasing a babe whose mother was a storefront preacher. In order to get to the girl he had to get past the mother. She only approved of her daughter seeing good Christian men who had been saved. He put on his best Sunday-go-to-meeting shirt, tie, and suit and became a regular at her church. After the appropriate number of times attending, he figured it was time to make his move and "saw the light". Overcome by the power of mom's preaching he became possessed by the lord and wound up writhing on the floor in the ecstasy of salvation. While thrashing about on the floor (messing up his best suit), the preacher mom squeezed and squeezed his hand until he was writhing in pain as much as ecstasy. She was calling out for him to "reach for the lord" as he thrashed about on the floor.
Finally, when the ecstasy passed, she pulled him upright, squeezed his hand again, and said he almost made it that time. He decided to pursue other opportunities. Regards,
