I was actually going to post a warning about the overflowing amount of cops in the Zona this weekend. You are exactly right, they are after xmas deniro, and their license to steal is their meal ticket for the holidays. I'd say to be extra careful, but it really doesn't take you doing anything wrong to attract their attention -- they are trolling for what they perceive as easy marks, and pretty much any gringo will do. GAWD I love Tijuana's finest.
