There are all sorts of harebrained schemes out there for expanding air service to San Diego. Using TJ Rodriguez Airport is just one of them - and probably one of the worst. In the meantime, while everyone keeps fighting and fighting - Lindberg field just keeps getting bigger and bigger. Just fly into Lindberg, and take the Flyer shuttle downtown(runs every 10 minutes), grab a trolley for the border(they run every 15 minutes), then walk to the ZN - total cost is about $2.00! Quick and cheap.
