These "spiritual" discussions remind me of Kriyinanda. When asked how often a couple should have sex, he replied "occasionally". "Everytime you have sex it should be an 'occasion'". Hence the reason I lug "una bolsa de la fiesta" (a party bag) down there to, at least on the physical level initially, facilitate having an "occasion" . The most useful model I've encountered so far is that human experience takes place on 4 levels: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. And each level in order does not replace the lower levels but includes them. Reading the boards it's obvious that some guys are quite content with pure physical sex only and have no interest in anything more. In fact they seem to be hostile to the idea of anything beyond the physical. Some guys also want the next level with an emotional experience as well as a physical one. To me operating at the emotional level in that environment definitely requires getting on top of "celosa" (jealousy). Both her jealousy and your jealousy - a real stretch and opportunity to grow. Maybe this is nonattachment? At the mental level, the most useful analytical technique I've been practicing is "mejor para ambos" (better for both or Win-Win). The spiritual level eludes me so far although I've been playing with the edges and assume it has something to do with the number one. ;o) With my numero uno amiga especial, over the course of a year and a half, I've moved through the physical, emotional, and mental levels so far. I find it very fuzzy trying to "grok" what it would be like to include spiritual sex as well. It doesn't happen everytime we get together but "occasionally" I can feel the energy shift from "Ricardo" (Dick) to "corazon" (heart). Occasionally when she's "giving" me an incredible BJ, I'm overcome by ecstasy and feel intense gratitude and "suave y tivio" (soft and warm) emotions toward her. It's a weird sensation, but I can feel the energy move from dick to heart. It's the first time I've experienced that feeling and find it fascinating. What's next?
