If you have a passport you should have it with you if you are not a citizen. Also If the country you are from falls under the countries listed you can apply for one other form that will help you with entry. There is nothing that can prevent the possible dention by agents. Not even for citizens. It is just knowing what to do if you are detained that will limit the time you are there as long as you are not doing anything wrong. |
