When i did my graduate studies, every copy of my thesis had to be paid for by me, and i mean every one. For the grad school, the library, the college, all the committee members, and all personal copies. They were not cheap. I had to get all the printing done per grad school spec, and then turn in all the copies for binding. It cost me a pile. At least the guy is willing to hand out electronic copies. Hell, that's good enough.
