Erip- I respect your concerns. Lakers is the first, who on several occasions has threaten legal action to those who have badmouth his tours and website in postings on Redsnake...JR's board and his own website. Why is it that nobody ever cautions him as to what the consquences may be by these threats. If you read my posting below and others who have responded to Lakers that he always manipulates his way into promoting his website and himself and causes trouble to bring attention to himself. Early in the existence of TJ Hombres board all of the flaming and flame baiting was disposed of. Lakers went off and created his own website and the rest of us got back to the original intent of sharing valuable information and discussion between us. We all respected TJ Hombres wish that his board would be restricted to the above mentioned qualities. As with Redsnake....Lakers could not abide by the set rules and now that he has discovered that his website is nothing special and that after an intial interest most mongers who discovered that Lakers website offers nothing new as far as real information and in fact that he has just rearranged existing information that he has taken from others and claimed it is his original work. He claims to have over 600 registered mongers but only maybe 10-12 participate on his discussion board on a regular basis. He only allows mongers who don't or won't disagree with him to post on his site......but he encourages his detractors with flame bait to openly engage in a flame war on TJ Hombres website. As of posting pictures of chicas in Costa Rica. The chicas get quite upset in TJ when someone even tells them about reviews that are posted on the internet.....and many mongers have threatened to physically harm to any known monger showing printed reviews to the chicas in TJ. I go to Costa Rica quite often and know many of these chicas. As you know these chicas go by fake names and would not like their families to find out what they are doing. Imagine your outrage if a friend or family member of yours would stumble on a website and see naked photos of you. Lakers gave the courtsey of blocking out the faces in the pictures of the chicas from TJ but did not extend that courtsey to the chicas in Costa Rica. It is a typical selfish example from Lakers that the chicas in TJ may find a way to connect him to the website if their faces were exposed and he would be blackballed in TJ. He did this so he could promote his website on TJ Hombres website. His website site is a commercial website because he is offering tours for hire (CASH). He is doing many illegal things in connection to his website in addition to illegal pictures. No business license on either side of the border, potential problems with the IRS, liabilty problems associated with the tours,and others. He promises safety when it is a well known fact that he has been in fights in the Zona and because of that.... he may be endangering anyone seen with him. Myself and others that have spoken against Lakers in the past have kept quiet as Lakers has slowly been imposing his old behaviour from Redsnake on this board. It was Lakers in his posting of 12/7 that started the flame baiting and encourage myself among others to challenge him. Well, I had enough of him before and now he has gone to far. He has thumped his chest indicating how he has retain legal counsel to challenge those who dare to badmouth him and his tours and website. Well, he has now clearly broken the law and he will get the chance to find out how good his legal counsel can defend his illegal actions. So, I respectfully ask those of you who think that I am taking extreme actions......to look a the total history of the arrogance of Lakers(including Lakers pointing out the identity of other mongers in TJ and threatening to expose other mongers who disagreed with him) before you decided what is fair.
