Beachman, I am assuredly NOT a fan of much of what Lakers brought to Redsnake - and I have expressed that to him directly. I am one of the more unlikely candidates around here to go to the trouble of criticizing one of his detractors. However, you are bringing this discussion WAY DOWN by slinging material like this on to this board. If you want to get into the business of precipitating legal warfare, understand that your own post is arguably defamatory. For the briefest outline, consider that if Juan's TJ was truly the commercial juggaurnaut that you suggest it aspires to become (certainly you wouldn't dare suggest that it has attained that status now), it is still EXTREMELY doubtful that publishing a few submitted photos of women with whom Lakers has zero commercial affiliation, could ever be legally regarded as pandering. It follows then that you have libeled a viable commercial enterprise and damages flow.

I'll go ahead and presume that even the more ardent Lakers haters around here don't appreciate this sort of demonstration of demagoguery under a phony premise that you are concerned with the legal rights and personal welfare of these Costa Rican women. Lakers is gone from here, and if all we have to endure is a bit of spam pending a link or final decision not to add a link, I think we can handle that. I'm not equally certain that we can endure too much discussion on the level you're presenting.

Please lay down your weapons...at least THESE weapons. We have been having fun in this place.
