OK. First, I guess I need to thank all of you for the replies. I did not think there would have been so many on this topic. I think I am going to put together one long post to answer all the questions and reply to a few thing that have been said. There have been lots of interesting replies and equally interesting questions on the board and off the board. My time is limited right now but I should have it up by Saturday hopefully sooner.
