...and I am wondering if I should post them somewhere? What do ya'll think? These are pictures taken covertly outside Adelitas and the Chicago Club. They were taken by a monger who identified himself in email to me as a policeman on a major LA area force, using some of his departments undercover video equipment. He emailed me about 40 stills taken from the video he shot. They are all black and white, but about 75% are really clear and show identifiable faces. From a purely legal standpoint, they were all shot from a public sidewalk. Under US law, at least, this basically means they are legal. People don't have a reasonable expectation of privacy when in a public place. So, should I post them someplace? Just
