StrikeEagle: You are absolutely correct...prostitution in The City is basically out of control...I was driving thru the Tenderloin last eve and the streetwalker presence was amazing... Willie and Hallinan are often on differing pages publicly, but in private they have reached some sort of understanding on this issue...they probably are both scoring O'Farrell babes on a consistent basis...SFPD vice has given up because Hallinan refuses to prosecute...plus, what the hey, the boys in blue enjoy O'Farrell's as much as the next guy...
