I would concur with your legal theory of "assumption of the risk" to any chica who ply's her trade and if I may, add my own.

I do not believe any given chica has an absolute "right of privacy" when she is engaged in her profession in a "public place".
I might surmise that a brother or father of any respective chica might part the curtain of AB and see their sister/daughter while "at work".

I would argue, that you'r "expectation" of privacy is diminished by the nature of your occupation coupled with the location of where you work.
The nature of this beast is that there are guys out there who want to take this to the next level with photos/video (thereby invoking Porker's assumed risk theory).
Having a chica decline to be photographed is another matter while she is disrobing in a room at the Hotel Coahuilla, as opposed to standing in the alley or walking out of AB.

But let's be honest, once I obtain the tangible photo (from either a "private" photo session in the room, or with a macro zoom lense aimed at a SG 1k yards down the alley)I can do with it as I please.
I can say one thing and do another (like letting all of my bud's see it, or post it to a website, or keep it in my private stash)

While I may not agree with the argument it is nevertheless a valid one.
