I am curious if your thoughts differ any with these minor changes to what you said:

I would concur with your legal theory of "assumption of the risk" to any monger who visits TJ and if I may, add my own.

I do not believe any given monger has an absolute "right of privacy" when he is engaged in his
pursuit in a "public place".

But let's be honest, once I obtain the tangible photo (from either a "private" photo session in the room, or with a macro zoom lense aimed at a monger 1k yards down the alley)I can do with it as I please.

I can say one thing and do another (like letting all of my bud's see it, or post it to a website, or keep it in my private stash)

I know, both in person and here on the Net, quite a few guys who are married. At least a couple (that I know of) are in situations that such a picture could cost them hundreds of thousands of dollars, probably loss of access to their kids, and in at least one case their job and standing in the community (which in that case is substantial).

Yet they continue to go to TJ, and "assume that risk". It makes me wonder.

One reason many chicas come to TJ, BTW, is to get far enough away from their families so that they greatly reduce the risk of discovery. I have known two chicas well enough to know that when family was visiting, they did not work - just on the small chance that a family member might go to their club.

I also know one chica whose brother discovered a site with pictures of TJ working girls on it, and told his sister about it when she went home for a visit! (She wasn't on the site, thank goodness!)
