Krico You should factor in a suppy-demand equation,which in our case means I believe we will continue to see higher prices as demand increases due to the proliferation of information thru such things as the internet. Note the constrution and expansion of the bars due to the influx of capital from the north. Also the heavy crowds on weekends. |
