Supply and Demand - That IS the bottom line. It is also why I only pay $6 every two months for my electric bill in Tijuana, while the yuppie schmucks in San Diego will soon be paying $120 a month for the same amount of KwH off the same grid!!! How can SDG&E get away with it? For the same reason a dog licks his balls - BECAUSE HE CAN! As far as the VD epidemic... as anyone on this board will verify - AIDS is endemic in TJ bar whores.
